As I talk to so many women I see how much we are all struggling. We are stressed, anxious, tired and often just holding on by a thread. This isn’t the way we are meant to live. I decided to create a space where we can all come together once a week to share our struggles, and learn much needed protocols for stress and fatigue, but also learn more ways to love and honor ourselves.

This program is all about:

• Learning how to honor yourself truly and fully

• Learning how to nourish your mind and body

• Realizing your greatness and learning to admire who you are

  

This program is NOT about: 

• Creating restrictions that make you miserable

• Feeling guilty and overwhelmed

• Emotional fluff with no lasting changes


Throughout our 4 sessions together, we will implement small changes over time to help you reach your goals, which is far more beneficial than trying to do it all at once.

 

You will also receive helpful handouts, tips and tools to help you succeed.  I will be with you every step of the way!
